Bill Spoon's Barbecue was established in Charlotte, NC by Bill Spoon in 1963. Back in those days, South Boulevard was a country road called Pineville Road. Dor-Stop Restaurant

Dor-Stop Restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA opened in 1986, although the restaurant seems older than that in some ways, such as the counter with bar stools. Dor-Stop Restaurant is known for it's potato pancakes. They serve a variety of other dishes too (burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more), but if you're a breakfast fan you're in luck here any time because they serve breakfast all day. 

Open 6 am - 3 pm Monday through Saturday, and 8 am - 2 pm on Sunday. Call ahead for takeout.
